This penthouse is just what my husband and I needed for a quick getaway! The location is perfect, located next to restaurants, shops and the beautiful ocean. The condo was extremely clean, had all the amenities for us to borrow for beach/snorkeling adventures and provided a relaxing environment during our stay. We were sad to leave but will definitely be coming back again to enjoy this beautiful space.

We always stay at this complex, Kona Makai and having rented many different units via different property management companies. This one, by far was the absolute best!!! Dawn w/ Hawaiian Isle went above and beyond, was splendid to work with and communication was awesome! The unit was very clean, well maintained and abundantly stocked with essentials. Included newer beach chairs, snorkel equip, towels and pool toys were a nice addition! All the other property managements need to take lessons from Dawn! We will definitely use her for our future visits (3-4x/year). Simply the best service and accommodations EVER!!!

Our Check in process was very smooth, The location of the property is perfectly placed and quiet at night. The view is unbeatable, would high recommend and would definitely stay again. Property had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs, snorkeling gear! We were definitely satisfied with our visit!

Kona Bali kai 219 is amazing. Either sitting on the patio watching the surfers, the waves or the sun set, this truly ocean front condo gave us a complete get away. This units central location made getting to Kailua Kona a simple fun excursion. Defiantly going back.

The condo was well appointed with everything required for a comfortable stay. It was very clean, the check in process was easy and the property manager was responsive and helpful. The location on Alii Drive was convenient and located close to Kona and points north and south.
